Since 2004, he has served as the Chinese food chef of My HumbleHouse (Beijing, Singapore) of TungLok Group Singapore. During this period, he participated in the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore as the assistant chef of Mr. Susur Lee, the world famous chef;
Served as the executive sous chef of Shanghai Huangpu Club in 2007;
From 2007 to 2013, he served as the general manager and food creative director of Beijing Youjingge Restaurant.
In August 2013, he founded his personal brand "Fuyang Creative Food Design Studio" and joined forces with a number of catering institutions to provide standardized product customization, including being invited to be the best friend theme jointly run by Xiao S and Xie Na Creative consultant for product development at restaurant MS Sugar.
In October 2013, at the invitation of Miele, a century-old luxury home appliance brand in Germany, he served as a fashion food designer for the "Falling in Love with the Kitchen with Miele" event, leading the dinner cooking show and dish design.
