Fried vinegar pork - the dish that best represents southern Fujian is probably fried vinegar pork. Some have a strong vinegar flavor, some have a light vinegar flavor, some are sour, and some are slightly sweet. People in Quanzhou also have different opinions on their favorite vinegar pork.
My favorite is actually the home-fried one - the fried vinegar pork here has less sour powder and less texture, and the portion is enough. It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It may not be your favorite fried vinegar pork, but it must be delicious.
Black rice with meat - I came to this store for this bowl of black rice because the other store had sold out... When it was served, the upper layer was a bit hard and the lower layer was soft. The glutinous rice was on the sweet side. The store gave it a salty taste.
When the sauce is stirred in, all the glutinous rice will become soft!
!
And you won’t get tired of it. The rice contains dried shrimp, pumpkin, carrots, corn kernels, mushrooms and half a salted egg yolk. The rice has the fragrance of lotus leaves ~ the best in the whole show!
recommend!
If you love eating glutinous rice, don’t miss it!
Sea clam steamed egg - this steamed egg is very similar to the steamed egg made at home. The egg has a thick texture when dug into it. It tastes like home-cooked food ~ Tofu braised - like salty braised bean curd ~ but the tofu is not as tender as bean curd
The soup is thick and contains lean meat and mushrooms. It is moderately salty~
