Yuanjiacun was originally a small village in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, but it had countless delicacies that kept Yi Zhoujun's stomach.
There are a large number of ancient traditional workshops in Yuanjia Village, including an antique street of blue bricks and gray tiles, including Daoxiangcun, Lazifang, Tianyige, Noodles, Wufutang, Wuweizhai, Yongtaihe, and Deruiheng.
Stepping on the antique bluestone slabs, the houses are all Ming and Qing-style buildings with a Guanzhong flavor.
The most amazing thing is the food in Yuanjiacun.
Speaking of food, there are hundreds of Guanzhong delicacies gathered here, and there are countless snacks on Folk Street. The top ten delicacies are just a few, such as Liquan noodles and Yezi, which are must-try.
The donkey grinds the spicy noodles, and the grain vinegar... rushes to the tip of your nose, as if you are suddenly back to the past.
What we eat here is home-cooked meals, wild vegetables, whole grains, and the most nutritious meals made with original flavors. There are many original things, which bring endless joy.
The noodles as beautiful as bead curtains are a must-try, because this is a snack village. Every weekend, both Xi’an locals and tourists coming to Xi’an come here to eat!
Order one or two bowls at each restaurant to try. Yan (pronounced the same as "plough") noodles are kneaded with spinach and flour, not spinach juice. When eaten, there is fiber from spinach in it, so it is vividly called "Yan noodles".
You must also eat potato glutinous rice cake. After peeling the steamed potatoes and beating them for dozens of minutes, they are very chewy.
Many outsiders call it potato dumpling.
Fried oil cakes are also delicious, also called rice cakes. They are delicate, sweet and delicious.
Yangling dipped in water is my personal favorite. The noodles are boiled and have no taste. Pick one and eat it with condiments. It tastes sour.
You will fall in love with it after eating it.
The sheep's blood in pink soup is so tender that you won't be able to get enough of it after eating it.
It is even more applauding when paired with wild vegetable pancakes.
Wild vegetables + shredded potatoes + green onions + peppers.
This combination can also make a delicious meal!
I also walked through various shops and found the "Tong Jigong" teahouse on the roadside.
This teahouse is a time-honored teahouse in the Guanzhong area during the Qing Dynasty.
Singing to self-accompaniment and shaking his head, the tea tastes mellow and long-lasting.
A pot of tea kills most of the day.
There is also a "Wang's Teahouse" right next to the "Tong Jigong" teahouse.
The Wang Family Teahouse is ancient and rough, especially like the place where heroes gather in "Water Margin".
The yellow steamed buns on the tip of your tongue are made with yellow rice. They are called steamed buns but they have fillings!
The peeled red bean paste filling is so beautiful in the steamed buns.
