1. Peel the yam. You'd better wear gloves or something when peeling. Mucus itches! Steam in the pan immediately after peeling. It is best to soak it in water before cooking, which will turn yellow easily.
2. Steam for 25 minutes. God, steaming cotton is too difficult. Ordinary yam can be steamed for more than ten minutes. This has been steamed for a long time, and it will be cooked with chopsticks.
3. Put it in a paper bag or a fresh-keeping bag while it is hot, and roll it with noodles until it is muddy.
4. Pour it out and put it on a plate, add a spoonful of condensed milk, mix it evenly, and then frame it into a small tower with a framed bag, or cut a small mouth with a fresh-keeping bag and squeeze it into a small pile, and then make a few scars with a fork, which will be beautiful.
5. Then pour in a proper amount of your favorite jam (I use my own Luoshen jam, which can be changed into strawberries or something) for decoration, and it feels good to eat with it.
