According to the relevant provisions of the Code for the Operation and Management of Urban Rail Transit, various factors such as operational safety, night maintenance requirements, running-in degree at the initial stage of line opening, passenger travel requirements, etc. are comprehensively considered.

The initial operation time of Hefei Metro Line 3 is tentatively set at 06:00-22: 15, that is, the first and last buses leave at 6:00 and 22: 15 respectively, and arrive at Xiangcheng Road Station at 6:48 and 23:25.
