Larb is a meat salad, which can be found all over Thailand.
Larb is usually made of chopped or diced chicken, duck, beef or pork. The preparation method is also very simple-add seasonings such as fish sauce, lime, shallots and peppers to the pot filled with meat, and then add fresh mint and coriander. You can also eat it with some lettuce leaves to make crispy lettuce rolls, or eat it with Thai glutinous rice. In restaurants featuring food in northeastern Thailand, there will be many new dishes developed by Larb -Larb meatballs made of pork, seasoned with lemon grass and African lime leaves, and then fried in oil. It is absolutely delicious with cold beer.
