Exercise:
1. Wash garlic and chop it with a knife. Remove the seeds and chop the millet.
2. Heat the pan, add a little oil at 30% oil temperature, add half a garlic, turn off the fire, stir fry slowly, and stir with a shovel to prevent sticking to the bottom;
3. Stir-fry until the garlic turns from white to light yellow, immediately turn off the fire, add chopped pepper and the other half of garlic, and stir well;
4. Add steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, Australian banquet, delicious king oil powder, refined seasoning and white sugar; 5. Mix all the seasonings evenly and serve.
