Ingredients: 3 large bananas, 6 teaspoons orange juice, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons starch, 3 teaspoons milk, 40 grams dark chocolate, 15 grams butter, 175 grams syrup (recipe as follows), 100 grams plain flour, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 300 ml milk, oil for pancakes.
Method: 1. Peel the banana, cut it into thin slices, put it on a plate with orange juice, and set aside.
2. Mix the cocoa powder and starch in a bowl, then stir and pour in the milk.
Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a frying pan with butter and syrup. Heat over a simmer, stirring, until completely combined. Add the cocoa powder mixture, bring to a simmer, stir, and simmer for 1 minute.
Remove the pan from the heat and the chocolate sauce is ready.
3. To make sugar cookies, sift the flour and cocoa powder into a bowl, then add the eggs and oil, then slowly beat in the milk until the mixture becomes a uniform paste.
Heat a little oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan, pour a little bit of batter, shake the pan slowly to spread the batter evenly, and heat over medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown.
Flip the pancake and continue cooking the other side.
Remove the cookies from the pan and keep warm.
Repeat the above steps until all the pancakes are cooked.
4. Reheat the chocolate sauce for 1-2 minutes.
Place the banana on the cookie, fold the cookie into a triangle, top with a little chocolate sand, and serve.
Supplement: How to make the syrup: Put the sugar into a boiling pot, then slowly pour in the water, cook over medium heat, and stir constantly with a spoon until it becomes syrupy. Serve.
