Minnan University of Science and Technology is a full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education, which focuses on engineering, science, management, economics, art, literature and education, and has the qualification to independently issue higher diplomas.
The school, formerly known as shishi city Changxing Industrial School, was founded in 1998.
