Renshou Black Dragon Beach is located in Yangliu Township, Qingshui Town, 16 kilometers west of Renshou County, 68 kilometers away from Chengdu. Black Dragon Beach is an artificial lake with a circumference of 16 kilometers, a length of 32 kilometers from north to south, a water surface of 23 square kilometers and a storage capacity of 3.6 billion cubic meters.

Black Dragon Beach has a wide lake with 72 islands, winding shores and trees on the islands. The stone dragon carved on the cliff is about 1 meters long, with bright scales and leaping on the cliff; When the lake rises, the dragon body is slightly immersed in the blue waves, and its head leaps over the lake, just like playing in the water, which is spectacular. On both sides of a Buddhist shrine near Longya, the stone walls are smooth and clean, and there is no trace. If water is poured on them, vigorous bamboo branches and drizzly bamboo leaves will gradually appear. This miracle is called "splashing water to show bamboo". It is said that it was written by Wen Tong, the master of bamboo painting in the Northern Song Dynasty, when Renshou was an official. As for why "splashing water" can "show bamboo", it is an unsolved mystery. Surrounded by lush trees, the four seasons are charming and fresh, and there are hundreds of birds such as wild ducks, egrets, cranes and swans living in the lake.
