The three major tourism festivals in Zhoushan refer to: Zhoushan International Sand Sculpture Festival, Putuo Mountain Nanhai Guanyin Cultural Festival and Zhoushan Chinese Seafood Food Festival. Zhoushan City is located in the northeastern part of Zhejiang Province, bordering the East China Sea to the east, Hangzhou Bay to the west, and Shanghai to the north. It has a subtropical monsoon climate with warm winters and cool summers, mild and humid conditions, and sufficient sunlight. Zhoushan Island is the largest island in the Zhoushan Islands and the fourth largest island in China. Zhoushan is the maritime gateway for the Yangtze River Basin and the Yangtze River Delta to open to the outside world.

Zhoushan International Sand Sculpture Festival: Founded in 1999, it pioneered sand sculpture art and sand sculpture tourism activities in China. It filled the gap in my country's traditional tourism and also filled the gap in my country's sand sculpture art. Mount Putuo Nanhai Guanyin Cultural Festival: In order to better explore the culture of Mount Putuo, further increase the popularity of Mount Putuo, and create a tourism brand, the first China Mount Putuo Nanhai Guanyin Cultural Festival was held in November 2003.

Zhoushan China Seafood Food Festival: promotes the research of seafood food, promotes the development of seafood food industry and launches the brand of Zhoushan as China Seafood City, expands the influence of Zhoushan Islands tourism brand, and enhances the city of Zhoushan overall image.
