This bridge is the Wuxue Yangtze River Bridge. It is a controlled project across the Yangtze River. It is a component of the Macheng-Yangxin Expressway in Hubei Province. It starts from Siwang Town, Wuxue City, Huanggang City, and ends at Yangxin County, Huangshi City, connecting Hangzhou.
The Hubei section of the Ruijie Expressway is about 31 kilometers long, of which the Yangtze River Bridge is 3,355 meters long, and the cross-strait connection line is about 27.6 kilometers long. There are 5 interchanges along the entire line, namely Wuxue West, Siwang, Wuxue, Fuchi,

The Wuxue Yangtze River Bridge has a main bridge length of 1,403 meters and a main span of 808 meters. It is the seventh largest span cable-stayed bridge in China. It is constructed according to highway standards. The section from Wuxue Interchange to Fuchi Interchange is constructed according to two-way six-lane highway standards.
The remaining sections are constructed according to the two-way four-lane highway standard, and the design speed of the entire line is 100 kilometers per hour.
