The largest university town in Dalian is Zhuanghe University Town, located in Zhuanghe City, Dalian, Liaoning Province.

It is now divided into Zhuanghe University Chengxi Campus and Zhuanghe University Chengdong Campus (new campus, students of the class of 2020 will study in the East Campus).

It is a key area for the development of higher education industry in Zhuanghe City.

As of 2020, there are two universities in Zhuanghe University Town, namely the School of Art and Information Engineering of Dalian University of Technology and Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University.

The School of Engineering and Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University are located in Zhuanghe University Town, Dalian, which is located in the North Yellow Sea Economic Zone. The expressway runs through the southeast and northwest; outside the campus, there are sea and inner lakes, the moonlight of the lotus pond, and the Huizhou style and European style buildings complement each other.
