After spending 50,000 yuan in Hong Kong for 7 days, I came to the conclusion that this is not a place for poor people. I have loved Hong Kong movies since I was a child, like Stephen Chow and Chow Yun-fat, and have been full of yearning for various scenes in the movies.
I've always wanted to experience it myself.
I actually went there in 2008, stayed there for 7 days, and came to the conclusion: this is not a place for poor people to stay!
Next, I will share my experiences and feelings in Hong Kong.
When I first arrived at the Hong Kong Airport, it was very big and luxurious. However, after leaving the airport, my first impression of Hong Kong was not very good.
It was a dilapidated house.
Although it is not in disrepair, it can tell how old it is.
The signs on both sides of the street are crowded one after another.
Maybe this is what the old town feels like?
I didn't drive, no I didn't go with a group but alone with two friends.
When we arrived in Hong Kong, it was already evening.
After leaving the airport, I hailed a taxi and went to a hotel in Kowloon City.
It feels like it's not too far away, but the price after arriving is 300 Hong Kong dollars, which is about 250 yuan.
This is the first time I feel that taking a taxi is expensive.
Obviously there was only more than 280 on the meter, but the driver wanted 300.
After asking, I found out that there is a charge for putting luggage in the trunk. I instantly felt like I was being cheated.
After arriving at the hotel, we all found rooms by ourselves, each room cost 600 yuan.
After entering the door, I was dumbfounded.
I thought 600 yuan must be a big and luxurious room, but it turned out to be a very small room.
Except that the decoration is slightly better, it's no different from a small hotel, but I don't mind if I don't have one.
After all, Hong Kong is a high-consumption place, and I still live alone, so I don’t need to care too much about it.
Hong Kong Transportation Taxi Taxis in Hong Kong are divided into three colors, namely red, blue and green.
Different taxis go to different places, so be sure to pay attention to this.
If you want to visit the New Territories, you must take a green taxi.
If you want to visit Lantau Island, you have to take a blue taxi.
Red taxis are even better.
As long as you have enough money, we can take you anywhere in Hong Kong.
I also discovered a problem when I was driving against traffic.
Hong Kong's traffic patterns are very similar to those in foreign countries.
They are all driving in reverse, that is, driving on the left, with the driver's cab on the right.
I can't adapt to this traffic pattern. I always feel like I'm driving in the wrong direction, which is very dangerous.
Also, the driver was driving too fast and I got carsick.
I never get motion sickness and this makes me uncomfortable.
Not only were the vehicles running in the opposite direction, but pedestrians were also walking in the opposite direction, all on the left side, which made me very uncomfortable.
Buses, buses, trams and subway. In fact, Hong Kong's transportation is very convenient.
In addition to buses and subways, there are also old trams, which were the only mode of transportation in old Hong Kong, just like what you see in the movies.
However, the car has been updated.
Although it is still a tram, it has lost its traditional retro feel, which is a pity.
The subway is not cheap at all.
A trip costs 15 yuan.
It feels expensive, but much cheaper than a taxi.
Never eat in the subway, otherwise you may face a fine of 2,000 yuan. It may not mean that luxury cars are everywhere, but there are really many luxury cars.
A car passed by, some luxury cars carrying several beauties, which made people sigh.
It’s great to have money!
Cars walk in an orderly manner on the road, and people walk in an orderly manner on the road.
There is no problem when taking the subway, but when taking the supermarket elevator, they will also queue up.
Everyone will stand on the right, and if someone is in a hurry, quickly pass by on the left.
This one is good, a bit like Japan.
Hong Kong Food After understanding the traffic rules, we started to go out and officially embarked on a tourist trip, and then it was time to spend money like water. 1. As soon as we got up in the morning, we went to a good morning tea shop for dinner.
There were three people in total and they ate a lot.
Although they had a good appetite in the morning, they still ate a lot.
After accounting, the price is 580 Hong Kong dollars, equivalent to RMB 470, 160 per person.
To be honest, we were a little dumbfounded when we checked out, but there was nothing we could do.
We had to obediently pay, but no.
I don't dare to eat the Overlord meal.
Who knew Brother Crow from Red Star had one?
2. At lunch time, we came to a small store.
This store has clearly marked prices and the prices are very reasonable.
We didn't eat stir-fries, but we all had rice bowls.
But when we eat, we learn a little bit of knowledge, such as double buttons, which means less food, which means a small portion, and adding bottom means eating more, which means a larger portion.
3. In the evening, we found a cheap Michelin restaurant.
Maybe it doesn't have enough stars, so it's not very luxurious, but the food inside is delicious and the price is very reasonable.
It looks like 100 yuan per person.
4. I like to drink Coke. A bottle costs 3 yuan, but in Hong Kong, it makes me feel like I’m being ripped off.
A bottle of Coke costs 5 yuan at the hotel, 6 yuan at the roadside stall, 7 yuan at the vending machine, and 9 yuan at the convenience store.
I really don't I don't understand what this is.
It's obviously the same Coke.
Why is there such a big difference?
[Hong Kong people don’t want to eat at the same time as us.
The peak time for breakfast is 9-11 o'clock, the peak time for lunch is 1-2 o'clock, and the peak time for dinner is 7-8 o'clock, which is always a little later than us.
So, following our normal meal times, we can have a good meal.
.
What song is it?
Who sang it?
