In 2002, the county party committee and government complied with the residents' wishes, prepared plans, raised funds to start construction, and determined to build Jinji Mountain into a landscaped park integrating leisure, entertainment, and ecology.

In 2003, evergreen trees such as pines and cypresses were planted on the mountain, and a sculpture of "Golden Rooster crowing" was built on the top of the mountain. A golden rooster faces the east and crows in the rising sun, symbolizing the rise of Zizhou and becoming a landmark building in Zizhou City.

To the south of the Suqu Bridge, a pair of huge stone lions were placed, and the cliff was cut to the south, stone steps were built, and stone railings were built. They extended up the mountain according to the shape and situation, and reached a gentle place, where a "Longxiang Terrace" was built.

On the edge of the cliff, there is a stone sculpture of "Leaping Dragon". A giant dragon rides auspicious clouds and travels in space, which means "Zizhou takes off".

At the spacious part of the mountain, a six-column pavilion was built with red columns, yellow tiles, and upturned eaves. It was named "Qionglin Pavilion". When residents climb here, they often rest on the stone platform under the pavilion, soak in the mountain breeze, and watch the scenery.

On the flat ground nearby, the twelve zodiac stone carvings are arranged in order, showing the exquisite carving art.

Since last year, this place has become a "feng shui treasure place" for some middle-aged and elderly people to keep fit. In the morning breeze and sunset, they dance, perform yangko, or box to the rhythm of music, which has become a beautiful scenery on Jinji Mountain.
