On August 16, exhibitors promoted food in media preview activities. The 28th Food Expo organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from August 6th to 7th. In addition, the 4th Household Appliances Expo, the 2nd Beauty and Healthy Living Expo and the 9th Hong Kong International Tea Show will also be held at the same time. The four exhibitions will bring together more than 2,000 exhibitors to introduce delicious food, famous tea, health care products and fashionable home products to the public.

The Food Expo, sponsored by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, is an annual event in the food industry. The Expo is divided into a trade hall and a public hall, displaying various global delicacies, including bread and cakes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, canned and processed foods, ready-to-eat foods, fresh foods and fruits and vegetables, green and organic foods, kitchen utensils, seafood and seasonings. To provide diversified choices for industry procurement and show local cuisine to the public.
