Xizhaitang Village, Zhaitang Town, Mentougou District, Beijing, is located 50 meters north of 83.5 kilometers of 109 National Road, with a total area of 16 square kilometers, including 448 mu of cultivated land and 500 mu of forest land, all of which are dry land.

The main products are corn and millet, which are rich in coal. The main specialty is thrush stone. Thrushcross stone produced in Xizhaitang Village is not found anywhere else.

Xizhaitang Village is adjacent to Zhaitang Town Community, including Dongzhaitang Village, Malan Village, Huocun Village, Gaopu Village, Qinglongjian Village, Huanglingxi Village, Shuangshitou Village, Cuanxia Village, Baiyu Village, Niuzhan Village, Baihutou Village, Xinxing Village and Xiangyangkou Village.

There are some tourist attractions near Xizhaitang Village, such as Qin Huang Xiangu, Cuanxia Village, Malan Village, Huangcaoliang Scenic Area, Cuanxia Village ancient buildings, the former site of the Eighth Route Army's Jire Tea Pavilion marching into the headquarters, and other specialties, such as the red apricot in Huocun Village, the almond in Dragon King's Hat, the Pak Lei in Beijing, the rose in Miaofengshan Mountain, and the Toona sinensis in Sijiashou.
