Exercise:
1, add glutinous rice flour, warm water and sugar together and stir to dissolve. Not too wet. If it is too wet, it is not easy to form. The degree of batter should be such that it will not collapse immediately after being picked up.
It is recommended to use warm water for blending. If glutinous rice flour is mixed with warm water, the steaming time can be reduced. It is also possible to sprinkle with white sugar powder after steaming or dip it when eating.
2. Put the oil-absorbing paper or cooking oil into a container and pour in the batter.
3. Put it in a steamer with boiling water, steam it on high fire for 20 minutes, and then continue to steam it on medium fire for 20 minutes. Insert a toothpick into it and see if there is batter on it.
4, you can eat it directly, sprinkle with white sugar powder after steaming, or eat it yourself when eating. Or it will smell better when fried in the future.
5. Take the cold slices or strips out of the pan, dip them in the egg liquid, put oil in the pan, and fry until both sides are golden.
