Travel notes of Shichahai Hutong

Shichahai Hutong has completely inherited the essence and core part of Beijing's old hutong culture. Everything here has the flavor of the bottom of life, which makes you stay in a beautiful world, and all kinds of delicious food and cultural landscapes make you linger. Let's share the travel notes of Shichahai Hutong with you.

I heard that the trees in China Children's Center were sprayed with pesticides the day before, so I decided to push my son to Gongwangfu temporarily.

Go all the way east, cross Huguosi Street, and the east exit of Hutong is Mei Lanfang's former residence. Master Mei's former residence is still worth visiting, and through the visit, I have a brand-new understanding of this master's life and works.

A few years ago, I accompanied my daughter to class in the evening. I went out to visit the hutong alone and stumbled upon No.13 Middle School. I plan to look for it again this time to see if I can find it.

I found its west gate by memory. There is no necessary connection between thirteen middle schools and thirteen points. The former is an ordinary demonstration high school, and the school site is the official residence of Taobeilu House in Qing Dynasty.

the latter is junior high school. I believe everyone knows that Shisanfen, as a junior high school, is a place that many parents, including me and my children, want to go. Because its teachers have super processing ability and can turn second-rate students into first-class students, the school spirit is very good, the teachers are strong and the teaching is strict.

speaking of thirteen points, I have to introduce its background.

The school site of No.13 Middle School is a part of Taobeile Mansion. It is located at No.27 Liu Yin Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. It is adjacent to Gongwangfu in the east and Qingwangfu in the west. It is a prominent royal court in the Qing Dynasty.

The Taobeile Mansion was originally the Discovery Mansion where Wang Yun _, the fifteenth son of Kangxi, lived. In the 28th year of Guangxu (192), Zai Tao, the seventh son of Prince Yi _ of Chun Xian, adopted Wang Yi _ of Zhong County as his heir, and moved to the Discovery Mansion. As the Belle Mansion, it was called Taobeile Mansion.

in p>1925, Dr. Authour, the American Catholic priest, was entrusted by the Holy See to rent the office education university, later Fu Jen Catholic University, at the former site of Taubeile House in Qing Dynasty for a long time.

in June p>1926, in order to cultivate its own good foundation, Fu Jen Catholic University decided to stop the preparatory course and set up a three-thirds affiliated middle school instead. The senior high school is located at No.27, Liu Yin Street, which is Taubeile House.

the name of the school is the boys' department of the secondary school affiliated to Fu Jen Catholic University in Beiping. In 1927, it was renamed Fu Jen Catholic University, taking the meaning of "friendship with literature, friendship with benevolence" in The Analects of Confucius.

After the main building of Fu Jen Catholic University was built in the back horse circle and the open space in front of the garden, the Taobeile mansion was converted into the former boys' department of Fu Jen Catholic University, and in 1952, Fu Jen Boys' Middle School was converted into the 13th middle school in Beijing.

An east-west alley in the south of No.13 Middle School is Dingfu Street, and No.1 Dingfu Street is Fu Jen Catholic University, now the College of Continuing Education of Beijing Normal University, which is a rare court-style university.

in p>213, I was lucky enough to go in and visit when I accompanied my daughter to take the exam as a reporter for Little Master. There are corridors, pavilions, flower halls, rockeries and so on. The whole set of ancient buildings is noble, elegant, solemn and pure. The rich historical and cultural background makes people awe and linger.

Cross this alley to the east, and you will find Marshal General's street-Liu Yin Street. The street plaque of "Liu Yin Street" was inscribed by General Xu Xiangqian.

There is an alley in the middle of the street, which is called Daxiangfeng Hutong. I saw an endless stream of human tricycles coming out of the hutong, and I became interested in the hutong tour.

In order to avoid the tricycle team, I entered the relatively quiet Xiaoxiangfeng Hutong and found Jianyuan in the middle of the Hutong, namely No.5.. Jian Garden is the other residence of Prince Gong's mansion, facing south and facing Shichahai in the north, with a quiet environment. Probably it was built by Prince Gong to avoid the noise and endless visitors.

There is a shadow wall outside the south-facing gate, which has not been repaired yet, and the gate is full of cars, which looks a bit shabby.

When you leave Xiaoxiangfeng Hutong, you will find Daxiangfeng Hutong. Go north, and you will see a big yard at the entrance of the Hutong. The signs of "Ethnic Literature" and "China Minority Writers Association" are hung at the door. There are bookcases made of glass on both sides of the door, which contain many literary books. So this is the former residence of Ding Ling, a famous contemporary writer. It is located at No.3 Dafengxiang Hutong, with Shichahai in the north and Jianyuan in the west.

With the wind blowing in Shichahai, I looked at the former residence one street away and wondered how I wrote the work "The Sun Shines on the Sanggan River" when I lived in such a house.

I walked around Shichahai for almost a whole circle, and found many distinctive bars along the way. Few people entered these bars during the day, but after 2 pm, security personnel would set up roadblocks to prevent motor vehicles from passing by.

There is Soong Ching Ling's former residence along the north road of Shichahai, and there is also a book bar called "Master Rabbit", which contains various rabbit shapes made by designers, which is quite scholarly and humanistic.

Cross the Yinding Bridge and come to Houhai Bar Street. The traffic here has obviously increased. There are many bars, big and small, and the decoration is similar. Most of the glass walls are posted with advertisements for singers (day shift and night shift). Looking through the open door, there are percussion instruments at the front end of the hall, which should be where the band is.

As it is two or three o'clock in the afternoon, most bars have few customers, in twos and threes, all of whom may be people who drink. From time to time, there are bar waiters on the street outside to attract customers, claiming that even if they go in and have a rest, they are welcome.

There is a pedestrian street inside. According to the introduction, there will be a lotus show in June and July, but there is nothing now.

Walking in the pedestrian street, restaurants and other shops next to it are all sealed, and none of them are open.

Among them, there is a Quanjude. The luxurious decoration of the past is faintly visible, but under the seal, it is full of ruin. Is the catering retail industry here also impacted by the Internet?
