Ingredients
Eggplant? 1 piece
Shiitake mushroom? 5 pieces
Onion? 1/4 piece
Carrots? 1/4 pieces
Green peppers? 1/4 pieces
Oil? 15 grams
Salt? 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce ?1 teaspoon
Cooking wine?2 teaspoons
White sugar?1 teaspoon

Method
1. Prepare an eggplant
2. Cut the eggplant into small strips
3. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, and cut green peppers, onions and other ingredients into strips
4 , add oil to the wok, add onion and stir-fry until fragrant
5. Add carrots
6. Stir-fry eggplant over medium heat, add appropriate amount of seasoning
