How to make sushi: Let the rice cool and set aside.
You can add an appropriate amount of apple cider vinegar to the rice and stir evenly.
Authentic sushi rice requires vinegar.
However, special sushi vinegar is too expensive, so I used apple cider vinegar instead.
Beat the egg liquid and fry an egg slice.
Wash your hands and wet your palms with a little cold water so rice grains don't stick to them.
Grab an appropriate amount of rice and shape it into a square shape.
Cut the egg slices as shown in the picture, place them on the rice ball, and cut a strip of seaweed to tie them. Note that the joint of the seaweed is at the bottom of the rice ball.
This makes omelette sushi.
Authentic omelette sushi egg slices are very thick, you can try to make them thicker.
Skip to this from step 3. After making the rice ball, wrap a piece of seaweed (a little taller than the rice ball) around the rice ball and stick it firmly.
Cut another strip and tie it in the middle to create a dividing line.
Place crab roe and fried eggs on both sides.
