Third, Huangshan Shuangshi. This is a famous nourishing dish. Huangshan Shuangshi, mainly made of pheasant and tremella, is a kind of medicinal delicacy and belongs to the first-class Huizhou famous dish. The shape of "Huangshan Stone Ear" is similar to that of Auricularia auricula, but it is larger than Auricularia auricula, with black surface and fine spines. There is a moss-like light green film on the back and a pedicle in the middle, which grows in the stone gap in the wet place of the hanging rock cliff. It usually takes six or seven years to grow.
