Introduction to Ermao
Ermao is a poet, gourmet and creative teacher of food. Born in Youyang, Sichuan Province after 60, he majored in mathematics at the university and became a teacher after 80. He is one of the representatives of the local poetry school in the 1980s. In 1990s, he abandoned Wen to go to sea, opened restaurants in Chengdu and Beijing with friends such as Huang Ke and Li Yawei, and became the leader of new Sichuan cuisine and Jianghu cuisine. Now he is a food creative teacher, general manager of Tianxia Salt (Beijing) Catering Management Co., Ltd., and food columnist of China Business News and Du Nan Weekly. He is the author of Eating at Home in the Republic of China and Mother's Firewood Stove.
