Since then, a series of in-depth reports on "Learning from Hai 'an and Asking Anqing" have been continuously launched, and Hai 'an has been used as a mirror to "expose ugliness" in all directions. A community is like a concentrated Anqing. We still need to keep asking questions and reflecting. What's the development? How to develop? ……

Behind a series of question marks, it is worth pondering. Compared with Hai 'an, our community has a unique geographical advantage, with a large floating population and many potential consumer groups. It can be said that in the whole town community, it is close to the forefront of development. Hai 'an is located in northern Jiangsu. In the past, its economy was relatively backward and its innate conditions were not superior. From a county that was not even developed in agriculture in the past, it has become one of the top 100 economically strong counties in the country in just over ten years, belonging to a city that came from behind and developed by leaps and bounds. Hai 'an does have many valuable experiences worth learning. My experience has three points:

First, be bold in reform and enterprising. At present, the whole city is setting off a high-quality development boom through learning and questioning. The Eighth Session of the Eleventh Municipal Party Committee deliberated and promulgated the Opinions of Anqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening "456" to further promote high-quality development and comprehensively and strictly manage the overall deployment of the party; Our district takes "four get one service" and "four supervision and four guarantees" as the starting point, and vigorously promotes investment attraction; A series of projects such as Mengrui New District, Yonglin Shuangchuang Base and Kechuang Town are in full swing in our town. All levels and departments have set up investment promotion teams, and our town investment promotion team has also settled in Hangzhou. The goal of "855 1" for the development of community collective economy is defined. It can be said that the whole city is focusing on high-quality development, exerting the strength of the city, gathering the wisdom of the city, moving towards the goal, daring to reform towards Hai' an and striding forward towards the goal.

The second is to develop the collective economy based on the present. In recent years, due to the demolition and self-construction in the process of relocation and resettlement of colleges and universities, the planning orientation of Liaoyuan community is low. After more than ten years of use, some problems in old residential areas have gradually become prominent. Through the transformation of sewage treatment projects in small towns, the underground rain sewage pipe network has been solved. The wires are criss-crossed, the strong and weak electricity are mixed, and the shops are not unified. It will also be solved in combination with the renovation project of old residential areas; Strive to build standardized food stalls outside the east gate of the university, and cooperate with infrastructure such as ecological parking lots.

The third is to work collectively for the family and give play to the spirit of ownership. As a community development, we must abandon the idea of "getting rich first is safe". Although the collective annual income is more than 1 10,000, there is still a certain gap from the "quality" project. The three industries of food city and food plaza are relatively traditional, and the overall grade and some requirements are not high enough. Therefore, we need reform, and we need to play the spirit of ownership on the road of reform. We need to do things well and have a certain sense of responsibility. The contradictory impact brought by some mercenary people in their development requires us to dare to face it and have excellent perseverance. Community leaders need all-round talents. They should keep learning, be familiar with all kinds of project application processes, develop projects according to local conditions, fully understand the intentions of higher-level party committees and governments, consider the overall thinking and specific plans of their work, keep a clear head in the face of various complex problems, think about solutions and improve their comprehensive ability.

To sum up, although our economy has a certain foundation and all the work has achieved certain results, on the whole, we should step by step more, dare to fight less, dare to encounter difficulties less, be more stable and afraid of change, and dare to take responsibility less. Learning the spirit of Hai 'an requires continuous experience to make achievements, and practice can test the truth. You should be a doer who carries the flag when you see it, strives for the prize when you see it, and does everything when you see it, not an empty talker.
