The raw materials are mainly beef and starch, and it is also a famous snack in Guangdong. The traditional production method is to choose fresh beef legs wrapped in meat as seasoning, cut them into pieces after tendon removal, put them on the main board, and use two special square hammer knives (weighing about 3 kg).
