Weili Community is located in the northeast of Xiamen Island, dongzhi county Yellow Highway Bus Rapid Transit (Hou Xian Station), west to Hong Chen Science and Technology Factory, south to Hou Xian Primary School and north to Swiss Science and Technology Factory, with an area of about 0.8 square kilometers. The community was established in March, 20001year. It is one of the three newly established village committees after the cancellation of the former Houcun Committee in Heshan County. At the end of 2003, it completed the work of changing the village to residence, belonging to Heshan Street, Huli District, Xiamen.

Heshan Street is a street under the jurisdiction of Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province. Heshan Sub-district Office was established on September 23rd, 2004. It is located in the northeast of Xiamen Island, adjacent to Gao Qi International Airport in the north, Ling Snow Mountain in the south, fuzhou-xiamen railway in the west and Neihu area in Wuyuan Bay in the east.
