The practice of braised prawns in oil:
Preparation materials: tea oil, prawns, sugar, braised soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cooking oil, shredded ginger and shredded onion.
1. Pour 5g of camellia oleifera, 3g of sugar, 5g of braised soy sauce, 5g of light soy sauce, 3g of oyster sauce and 3g of salt into a bowl and mix well for later use, as shown in the following figure:
2. Pour oil into the pan, add onion and garlic, and pour prawns. Fry until both sides are golden, as shown in the following figure:
3. Pour in seasoning, cover and stew for 3 minutes, as shown in the following figure:
