1. Small fried pork belly

Put oil in a clean pot, stir-fry half of the garlic, then add salt to stir-fry the water-soaked vermicelli for a few times, pour it into a plate, stir-fry the rest of the garlic in a pot with salad oil, add oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence and monosodium glutamate, then pour in fresh squid, mix well, put it on the vermicelli, steam it for 4 minutes on high fire, take out the steamed fish black bean oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and red pepper, and finally pour hot oil.
5. Shrimp with minced garlic
Wash the shrimps. Cut off the feet and head of the shrimp, cut it from the middle, and don't cut the tail into sections. Wash the good shrimp, remove the shrimp intestines and shrimp lines, put the tail up, chop the garlic, heat the vegetable oil, add half of the garlic and fry it until yellow, pour it into the raw garlic, add salt and chicken powder, and mix well to get oily garlic. Spread the oily garlic evenly on the shrimp.
