Since April 1 2065438, the newly revised Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses have been implemented, allowing five types of disabled people, including right lower limbs, both lower limbs, hearing impairment, right thumb loss or finger stump, to drive a car.
