Red bean coconut milk cake
Materials:
25g beans, coconut milk 150g, 250g fresh milk, 50g corn starch and 35g sugar.
Exercise:
1. Soak the red beans in boiling water for half an hour, then put them in a pot and cook until the skin is not broken. Take them out and drain them for later use.
2. Put all the other ingredients into the pot and cook slowly with low fire. In the meantime, keep stirring to prevent the pot from being burnt and cook until it is thick.
3. Add the cooked and drained red beans and gently stir until the red beans are evenly distributed.
4. Pour it into a mold or container of any shape you like, let it cool, demould along the edge with a knife, and buckle it out. You can cut it into pieces or dig it directly with a spoon.
Lanren cake
Materials:
Five eggs, four spoonfuls of sugar and flour.
Exercise:
Stir 5 eggs 10 minute with 4 spoonfuls of sugar (without water), then add 7 spoonfuls of flour, stir well, then pour directly into the rice cooker (coat the pan with oil to avoid sticking to the pan), and pressure cook until the rice cooker jumps directly to the heat preservation, then turn it over and scald it, and both sides become a tiger skin effect ... which is very convenient ... but very loving ~

Caramel milk egg pudding
This caramel milk and egg pudding does not need an oven, and the raw materials are very common, so anyone can easily find it.
Materials:
50 grams of sugar, 2 egg yolks, 240 grams of milk and 50 grams of QQ sugar.
Exercise:
1. Put 50 grams of sugar into the pot and melt it on low heat.
2. When it melts into a dark color (don't overdo it, I feel the color is a little dark this time), just add hot water and stir. This is caramel.
3. Pour the caramel into the prepared container and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
4. 2 egg yolks, 240 grams of milk and 50 grams of qq sugar. I use oranges and pineapples and put them together.

6. Filter and pour into a container filled with caramel.
7. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
8. Turn the pudding with a toothpick, buckle the mold on the plate, or cover it with a hot towel for a while before taking it away.
