From the design point of view, EOSR6 has no shoulder screen, which has little influence on my shooting. When using the R system, I have long been used to viewing the picture and shooting parameters through the flip screen and viewfinder.
In terms of fuselage material, EOSR5 is made of durable magnesium alloy, while EOSR6 is made of plastic fuselage with metal frame. It is reasonable to say that magnesium alloy material, firmness and durability are definitely stronger than metal frame plastic body, but for daily shooting, there is no essential difference in protection.
2. Electronic viewfinder and LCD screen: For micro-sheets, electronic viewfinder and LCD screen are very frequently used components, and photographers use them to check composition and exposure. The electronic viewfinder of EOSR5 is 5.76 million pixels, while that of EOSR6 is 3.69 million pixels. The LCD screen of EOSR5 has 26.5438+million pixels, while EOSR6 has 65.438+0.62 million pixels. Undoubtedly, the higher the pixels of the electronic viewfinder and LCD screen, the more delicate the viewing experience will be.
3. Dual-card slot design and video recording: EOSR5 and EOSR6 both adopt dual-card slot design. EOSR5 is equipped with CFexpress and SD card, and EOSR6 is designed with dual SD card slots.
CFE card is mainly used for 8K video shooting and high-pixel continuous high-speed continuous shooting. It can record 8KRAW, 4:2:2 10bit internally, and also supports C-log gamma curve. EOSR5 also supports recording 4K video at a high frame rate of 120p, which is the only camera in 4K that supports the upgrade of 120P at present.
In contrast, EOSR6 supports recording 4K/60p video at most. As far as continuous shooting speed is concerned, the mechanical shutter speed of both cameras is 12 frames/second, and the electronic shutter speed is 20 frames/second. Because the pixels of EOSR6 are low, there are more sustainable shots. In addition, it should be noted that the price of Cfexpress card is much higher than that of SD card.
