Lushi Catering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 as a roadside shop in Xinjiazhuang, Shinan District, with only 150 square meters. After 10 years of unremitting efforts, the company has developed into four small and medium-sized restaurants focusing on seafood and home cooking. In 2005, Lu's private restaurant with pimples was formally established. There are four branches.
