The ancient houses in my hometown "Jiangnan is wonderful, and the scenery is familiar to me in the past. When the sun rises, the flowers on the river are as red as the fire, and when spring comes, the river is as green as blue. How can we not remember Jiangnan?" This is a classic poem by the poet Bai Juyi!

In the spring of March, the spring breeze blows into my arms.

Strolling through the ancient and young Xuancheng, the land is like brocade, thousands of mountains are green, the river is flowing, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant. This is really the soul of Jiangnan in China.

Xuancheng is a picturesque landscape garden city.

Xuancheng, a charming city that makes you forget to leave!

Xuancheng is my beautiful hometown.

There are many charming scenery in Xuancheng, such as Ningguo Food City, Enlong Villa, and the beautiful Jingting Mountain.

The twin towers of Guangjiao Temple in Jingting Mountain are famous.

But the pagoda of the Song Dynasty!

Who doesn’t know the New Fourth Army Military Headquarters Memorial Hall in Yunling, Jingxian County?

Also, there are ancient dwellings.

Speaking of ancient dwellings, there are so many places in my hometown!

I have two hometowns, one is Xuanzhou and the other is Jingxian.

Don’t these two areas have ancient buildings?

The Longchuan Hu Ancestral Hall in Jixi, Xuancheng, the former residence of Hu Shi in Shangzhuang, and the ancient residences of Yingzhou.

Chairman Jiang’s ancestors stayed in the ancient houses of Jiangcun in Jingde!

Let’s talk about the ancient Chaji residence in Jingxian County.

Chaji Ancient Village has beautiful houses and quiet ancient alleys, but the ruins and broken walls still show how prosperous it was back then.

Chaji Ancient Village has a large population and houses from the Ming and Qing dynasties.

The alleys in the rooms are paved with bluestone slabs, dark and damp.

People still live in ancient villages with ancient lifestyles.

There is a clear stream at the entrance of the village. The bottom of the stream is paved with round bluestones of different sizes, which are washed slippery by the stream.

There are all kinds of fish swimming in the stream, some big, some small, some gray, some white, some black, some red, and some colorless.

The stream is clear.

It's cool in summer.

Winter is warm.

Chaji Ancient Village is famous both at home and abroad. Many painters, whether they are Chinese, Americans, Russians or British, regard it as a good place for sketching.
