The materials that need to be prepared are: soap base, shea butter, essential oil, base oil, beaker, stirrer, thermometer, abrasive tools, and clean knife.
Note: Wear gloves and pay attention to the temperature.
The materials of handmade soap are chosen by yourself and are not harmful to the human body.
Soap base is a simple basic raw material for making soap. The soap manufacturer adds salt during the soap making process to separate the glycerin, lye, water and soap base to form a 100% soap base.
The soap base is then pressed into shape using a machine before being sold.
Has a soap base, no soap powder required.
This production method does not require the addition of alkali.
Soap base is the basic additive.
Production steps: 1. Cut the soap base (soap base is divided into transparent, opaque, white and other different colors) into small pieces. The smaller the soap base, the faster it will melt when heated.
2. Put the cut soap base into a beaker and heat it on a battery stove.
3. Stir while heating until the soap base is completely dissolved.
4. Stop heating and slowly stir the soap base.
5. Wait until it cools to about 60°, then add shea butter (the amount is about 5g).
6. Add an appropriate amount of essential oil or base oil (about 10 drops).
7. Pour into the mold and wait for molding.
8. Before the soap is formed, you can add dried flowers to make a more beautiful handmade soap.
9. The last step is to wait for the handmade soap to harden and take shape (it takes about 2 hours).
10. Take it out from the mold.
