How to make spicy fried chicken pieces?
Wash and drain chicken wings.
Prepare peanuts, dried peppers, garlic, shallots and ginger slices.
Dice chicken wings, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, ginger, shallots and cornmeal and marinate for more than 2 hours.
