a handful of sherry red, 3/4 bowls of minced pork, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoons of oil, a little bit of minced pepper, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and a little minced green garlic
Practice
1. Ultra-dry the sherry red with a griddle first;
