(7) Safety and confidentiality

When the staff is off duty, carefully check all the power supplies, doors and windows, turn off the faucet and lock important documents and other valuables to avoid loss or theft. Employees should not bring their mobile phones or other equipment to the restaurant to charge, and should not use the equipment and water and electricity of the restaurant for personal use. After work, employees should abide by the law, not participate in any illegal activities, ensure sleep, health and entertainment, pay attention to their own safety, and their personal behavior after work has nothing to do with the restaurant. Xingyuan doesn't want employees to bring valuable personal belongings or money into the restaurant to avoid unnecessary trouble. Because of the competition and your responsibility to the restaurant, employees can't disclose any information about the restaurant to anyone.

(8) Information and file management

In order to ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of employee files, please inform your boss in time when the following situations occur: change of address or telephone number, contact person in case of accident or emergency, change of name, marital status, etc. Otherwise, the restaurant will think that you are falsely reporting materials, and will give corresponding punishment according to the seriousness of the case. All materials and files are kept by the office.

(9) Health, appearance and smoking ban

Xingyuan takes "providing customers with the highest quality service" as its management guarantee. When employees are at work, if they don't pay attention to hygiene and safety, they may bring bacteria to customers or colleagues. Therefore, if you are suffering from infectious diseases or diseases, please do not come to work. Employees must hold a health certificate. If there are no new employees who have not applied for a health certificate, the restaurant is responsible for helping them, but if they leave after less than one year of work, the handling expenses will be borne by themselves. Employees should wash their hands carefully after going to the bathroom to ensure that dishes and tableware are clean and hygienic. Employees must maintain personal hygiene, take a bath frequently, and keep their clothes clean and tidy. Female employees should not have hair to cover their faces and their hair styles should be close to their heads. The male employee's hair is above the collar, combed neatly and without beard. If you find any safety problems, please report them to your boss in time. During working hours, employees are forbidden to smoke in the non-smoking area, not to spit, throw cigarette butts or garbage everywhere.

During the employment period, employees are not allowed to participate in jobs and businesses that conflict with their own occupations, or do business with Xingyuan and suppliers or attempt to have business relations without the consent of the restaurant. Every employee must avoid things or occasions that may conflict with the interests of the restaurant, or that may conflict.

(11) Ask for leave

If you need to ask for leave, you should go to the office one day in advance to get a leave slip and get the consent of the department head. There is no salary for personal leave, and if there is a hospital certificate, it will be settled according to 5% of the salary of the day. The minimum unit of leave is one day. Leave for less than two days (including two days) shall be granted by the lobby manager or chef, and leave for more than two days shall be granted by the general manager. The leave note is collected at the office, signed and filed by the office, and employees should cancel their leave at the office in time after returning to their posts.

(12) Resignation

Employees who want to resign should submit a written resignation report 15 days in advance, and can leave the restaurant only after being approved and going through relevant formalities. If you don't resign according to the normal procedures, the restaurant will not pay the surplus salary or refund the deposit. If it causes serious consequences or losses to the restaurant, the restaurant will further investigate its legal responsibility.

(13) Dismissal

Employees will be dismissed immediately after obtaining the consent of the general manager in any of the following circumstances:

(14) Dismissal

The restaurant has the right to dismiss one of the following situations immediately without prior notice and without providing any compensation. Employees who violate the law shall be handed over to the public security organs for handling:

Section IV Salary Management and Work Performance

When you are employed by Xingyuan Food City, the manager will tell you the salary standard and the relevant policies of Xingyuan. The restaurant will conduct a salary level survey on the market every year, and decide to adjust the salary standard according to the survey results and the financial affordability of the restaurant to ensure that the salary is fair and reasonable.

The restaurant strictly follows the principle of "more pay for more work, performance first". The salary of all employees will be paid according to the current salary structure, and employees should be rated as "excellent" or above in their work performance before considering promotion and salary increase.
