Shajiabang Scenic Area is located on the bank of Yangcheng Lake in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, with convenient transportation and close to Shanghai and Suzhou.

It is a national 5A-level tourist attraction and one of the largest ecological wetlands in East China. Thousands of acres of reeds make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city and walk freely.

That afternoon, two people walked for a long time. But the main purpose is to buy a Shajiabang braised chicken in Hengjing Old Street. I chose a gooseberry that day, and it was 75 yuan for a big one. It was really a good deal.

According to local people, almost every household in Shajiabang has an iron pot handed down from generation to generation. Every winter and New Year's holiday, every family will kill their own chickens and ducks.

This chicken stew takes about eight hours. It smells delicious, tastes tender but not rotten, plump and full, and has a lingering fragrance.

Shajiabang is the largest of Yangcheng Lake 18 bays. The water quality here is excellent, and Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs are tender and delicious.

Starting from Hengjing Old Street, I went for a walk in Shaxilong Fishing Garden and bought some hairy crabs for dinner at night. The recent male crabs are all crab paste, all from My Sweetie, with no seasoning.

Summer goes to winter, and year after year, time swims in the promenade of the season.

The entire Shajiabang scenic area covers an area of more than 6,000 mu. If you are new here, it is easy to get lost. Here you need to slow down, live and feel slowly.
