Carp roe is rich in nutrients, with high protein and amino acid content. Eating more of it for children is beneficial to brain development.
1. Stewed fish roe with eggs:
Ingredients: carp roe, eggs, green pepper rings, chopped green onion, cooking wine, salt, pepper, oil, light soy sauce.
Method:
1. Clean the carp roe and drain the water;

Method:
⒈ Wash and dry the fish roe, mix well with appropriate amount of rice wine and a small amount of salt and marinate for 5 minutes;
⒉ Slice ginger, cut green onion into large strips, slice garlic, mince chives, and cut pepper into 2 mm pieces;
⒊ Microwave the marinated fish roe over high heat 3 to 5 minutes, let it solidify slightly and dry;
⒋ Heat the oil in the wok, stir-fry the ginger slices, shredded green onions and garlic slices, add the chili pepper and slightly fine fish roe, stir-fry, add Appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a small amount of sugar, and soaked fish roe in the stock;
