The "Wuyue Plaza" project under Seazen Holdings Group has entered Shengzhou.

On August 19, our city’s public resources trading center successfully sold two parcels of land in the city’s Chengnan New District, with a total land area of ??129,500 square meters. The bidder was Hong Kong Jubilee, a subsidiary of Xincheng Holdings Group headquartered in Shanghai and listed in Hong Kong.

The "Wuyue Plaza" project will be developed on this land, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan (including US$120 million in foreign investment) and a total construction area of ??635,000 square meters. The project includes a Shengzhou landmark building, high-end real estate, department stores, etc., and is the largest project to date.

It is the largest and highest-grade commercial complex project introduced in Shengzhou so far.

The project is expected to be developed and constructed within three years.
