The reason why I failed to make pumpkin pie for the first time was that it didn't take shape. In fact, for a southerner, noodles are bought and packaged. Usually, rice and stir-fry are the only thing I can eat. The only thing I can eat when I meet you is the dumpling skin that jiaozi bought in the market.
When I was a child, my mother never gave us a package of jiaozi. When I grew up, I knew how to package jiaozi. Therefore, for me, a noodle idiot, there is a reason (excuse) that the first time I made pasta things did not take shape.
The first time I made pumpkin pie, I cut nearly 411g of pumpkin, but the amount of flour was very small, which added up to less than 11 teaspoons. After adding flour for many times, I thought that there was enough flour to make dough, so I immediately boiled the pot and put oil in it to prepare for frying. The ideal was very plump and the reality was very skinny.
I dipped the dough with a lot of water in the pot with chopsticks, but I didn't know the heat well, and the contents in the pot became a mess of sauce. Some of the sauces fried in the back were not cooked inside, and some of them were burnt outside. The first pumpkin pie took a lot of time and materials and ended in such a mess, but I still don't know what the problem is with this pumpkin pie.
Later, I told my colleague that she said that she had done it once, which was really irritating, but it just couldn't be shaped, so the problem of molding was faced by many novices. I didn't know until I asked a friend about the reason of pumpkin pie forming.
