Peanut 500g, salad oil 1/2t, a little salt. Machine: air fryer:
1. Wash peanuts several times, and then drain.
Pour 1/2t salad oil (I use corn germ oil) into the drained peanuts and mix well, so that the peanuts are evenly coated with a thin layer of oil.
2. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
Put the peanuts mixed with oil into the frying basket and fry at 180℃ for about 8- 10 minutes until the color is uniform. After frying, add a proper amount of salt while it is hot. After cooling, the peanuts become brittle and unpalatable!
Note: My peanuts are fried at 180 degrees for 12 minutes, and the peanuts have a slight burnt taste, which is very suitable for making peanut butter or peanut paste!
