1. Knead the dough first: 250 grams of flour, 3 eggs, 3 grams of yeast, 40 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of cooking oil. I used the ones at home. The free-range eggs are relatively small, so I only added 20 grams of water
If there is no dry flour, add 20 grams of cooking oil, start kneading the dough, and let it rest for 10 minutes;
2 , Knead the dough again after 10 minutes. The dough will become smooth easily. Continue kneading it like clothes, until a thin film is formed and it will not break when you pull it apart. This level is enough. Let it rise until it doubles in size;
3. After the dough has risen, deflate it first, continue to knead it, and drain out all the air inside. After sorting it, divide it into two small portions, knead it and make it into a round shape. Shape it into a long strip and roll it up on one side;
4. Prepare two small bowls and brush them with cooking oil to prevent them from sticking. After putting the dough in, steam it without rushing and let it rise for 30 minutes;
5. Prepare an egg. We only need the egg yolk here. The dough will be slightly larger after the second rise. Brush it with a layer of egg liquid, sprinkle with some white sesame seeds, and steam it in a pot with cold water. , high heat for 35 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes, the steamed bread without oven will be out of the pan; it is fluffy, soft and delicate, and the method is relatively simple.
