specific preparation method
step 1: prepare ingredients. 5g of common flour, 2 eggs, 2g of salt, 5g of sugar, 15ml of honey, 2ml of milk, 7g of yeast powder, 5g of butter and proper amount of edible oil.
Step 2: Put the milk, eggs, honey, salt, sugar, common flour and yeast powder into the bread bucket in order. Then select the dough blending function.
Step 3: After the dough is agglomerated, cut the softened butter into pieces and put them into the bread bucket, and continue to knead the dough.
step 4: as shown in the figure, knead until the dough surface is smooth. Then take it out, put it in a pot, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in a warm place for fermentation for about 1 hour.
step 5: as shown in the figure, just ferment the dough to twice the original volume.
Step 6: Take out the dough after it is fermented, put it on the panel and knead it evenly, and let out the gas in the dough.

Step 8: After the dough is relaxed, take one and knead it into a thin strip, as shown in the figure, which is about 8 cm long.
Step 9: As shown in the figure, hook the fingers of one hand in the middle of the thin strips, and then screw the thin strips at both ends together with the other hand.

step 14: heat the pot with proper amount of oil, then put the twist into the pot and turn it over several times until it is golden and ripe, and then take it out.
