1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure, cut as much as you like, and use a little salt and soy sauce for the chicken.
2. Heat oil, stir-fry shallots, ginger and garlic, pour chicken pieces and stir-fry over high fire
3. Stir-fry a few times until the chicken is completely discolored and shrunk, and then mix with water to cook.

5. Be careful not to boil the pot dry. If there is less water, add boiled water instead of cold water. I stewed it for less than an hour, until it was cooked anyway, and finally seasoned it with salt and chicken essence. Done!
