How to cook braised pork ribs with electric pressure cooker
Ingredients: pork ribs, onion, ginger and garlic, a small amount of pepper, two pieces of star anise, one piece of dried tangerine peel, 2-3 pieces of dried peppers, a spoonful of peanut oil, a proper amount of salt, a spoonful of white wine, a small piece of sugar and a pot of boiling water.

Braised ribs in electric pressure cooker;

1. First, put the ribs in cold water and heat them with high fire, as shown in the figure.

2. After boiling, cook for 3 or 5 minutes, during which the floating foam is removed.

3. After cooking, put it in cold boiled water to cool, and then remove the blood foam again. Take out the controlled dry water.

7. Put them together in the pressure cooker, wrap the spice bag with gauze and tie it tightly. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and sugar (20g). Add cold water without ribs.
