Although this method makes the food come out in one pot, it is not very trouble-free because it requires frying, and it is not much simpler than usual cooking.
In summer, I am too lazy to go into the kitchen. The main reason is that I don’t want to smoke and grill in front of the stove.
Therefore, when I make braised rice recently, I completely remove the frying step.

Below are 5 lazy-style braised rice recipes. You can cook a meal with just a rice cooker.
You can’t go wrong with this in Futian~ The first dish: braised rice with sausage, king oyster mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms and sausages, this is a particularly delicious combination.
The fat in the sausage is released during the cooking process, making the rice grains plump and tasty. The king oyster mushrooms become more fragrant the more you chew them, making you want to have another bowl after one bowl.
Preparation method 1. Prepare ingredients.
1 bowl of rice, 1 or 2 king oyster mushrooms, 3 sausages, and 1 carrot.
2. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into dices of about 1 cm, slice the sausages, and dice the carrots.
3. Wash the rice, put it into the rice cooker, pour in an appropriate amount of water (the amount of water you usually use to cook rice is enough), and then put the cut vegetables into the pot, as shown in the picture.
4. Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of sugar and a little salt to the pot.
5. Cover the rice cooker and press the cooking button.
After the rice is simmered, open the lid and stir evenly.

The second course: Fragrant dry braised rice. The smoked dried tofu has a special fragrance. Pair it with potatoes and rice.
After simmering, the potatoes taste soft, the rice is chewy, and the whole thing has a fragrant aroma. There is no meat at all, but it is more fragrant than meat.
Preparation method 1. Prepare ingredients.
2 potatoes, 2 pieces of dried fragrant rice, and appropriate amount of rice.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Cut the dried potatoes into cubes.
3. Wash the rice, put it into the rice cooker, and then pour in an appropriate amount of water.
4. Put the potatoes and dried sesame seeds into the pot, then put the rice cooker in place and press the rice simmering button.
5. While the rice is simmering, let’s make a bowl of juice.
Take an empty bowl, add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, a little salt, a little chicken essence, half a spoon of sugar, a little sesame oil, and stir evenly.
6. After the rice is simmered, uncover it, pour the juice from the bowl in, then cover it again and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

The third course: braised pork ribs with black bean sauce and rice, steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce, a particularly famous steamed dish.
When the pork ribs are cooked this way, they are salty and soft, especially tasty and not greasy.

Preparation method 1. Prepare ingredients.
300 grams of pork ribs, 15 grams of tempeh, 400 grams of rice, 10 grams of ginger, 10 grams of garlic, 5 grams of fresh red pepper, and 20 grams of chives.
2. Chop garlic, red pepper, chives, and ginger separately and set aside.
3. Clean the ribs and drain them.
Add tempeh, ginger, garlic, red pepper, salt, chicken essence, very fresh soy sauce, and sugar and stir evenly.
Then cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 1 hour.
4. After cleaning the rice, pour it into an electric pressure cooker or rice cooker, and then add an appropriate amount of water (add as much as you usually use for steaming rice).
5. Place the marinated ribs in the pot.
6. Cover the pot and select the "steam rice" function.
7. After the rice is done, sprinkle some chopped chives and mix well, then serve.
The fourth course: Stewed Rice with Potato and Chicken Wings. After marinating the chicken wings, put them in the rice cooker and simmer them together with potatoes and rice. In this way, the rice absorbs the aroma and oil of the chicken wings, making it more full and tasty. The chicken wings are not greasy, and
