The Arc de Triomphe in Macau is located in the New Port Dynasty District of Macau, adjacent to StarWorld Hotel to the north, Wynn Macau Resort to the west, and MGM Grand Macau to the southwest. The hotel part is located above the entertainment venue and below the residential part, that is, the "highest floor" of the hotel is the 21st floor. It is based on the Arc de Triomphe, the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and the Victorian buildings, the monumental buildings built by the ancient Romans to celebrate their war victories.

The shopping mall part of Macau Arc de Triomphe is located on the ground floor of the building (i.e., the lobby of New World Macau Arc de Triomphe Hotel) and the first floor. The mall will open stores of international and regional brands.
