The Arc de Triomphe in Macau is located in the New Port Dynasty District of Macau, adjacent to StarWorld Hotel to the north, Wynn Macau Resort to the west, and MGM Grand Macau to the southwest. The development was started by Hong Kong New World Group at the end of 2006 and is expected to be completed at the end of 2008.

The entire Macau Arc de Triomphe project consists of two connected buildings with a height of 56 floors. It is mainly divided into two parts: hotel and residential. The hotel part of Macau's Arc de Triomphe is called L'Arc New World Hotel Macau (Portuguese: L'Arc New World Hotel Macau) and is managed by Hong Kong's New World Group.

The hotel part is located above the entertainment venue and below the residential part, that is, the "highest floor" of the hotel is the 21st floor. It is based on the Arc de Triomphe, the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and the Victorian buildings, the monumental buildings built by the ancient Romans to celebrate their war victories.

In addition, New World Hotel Macau Arc de Triomphe will have restaurants and bars; the hotel lobby will have a coffee shop, bar, and Chinese restaurant, and the international restaurant will serve a variety of global and local cuisines; in addition, the hotel will also have banquet halls, conference rooms,

room and multi-purpose conference room, karaoke room, nightclub.

The shopping mall part of Macau Arc de Triomphe is located on the ground floor of the building (i.e., the lobby of New World Macau Arc de Triomphe Hotel) and the first floor. The mall will open stores of international and regional brands.
