Mix flour alkali and water evenly.

Add the eggs to the alkaline solution and stir until the color of the picture is darker than that of the previous egg liquid. You can compare my photos.

Put the lid on. If there is no cover, seal the cold water with plastic wrap and steam it in the pot for 20 to 30 minutes (if you do less, you can shorten the time appropriately). Don't open the lid immediately, and wait for 10 minutes or so.
