Qinghe County, affiliated to Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the south-central part of Hebei Province, covering an area of ??502 square kilometers, governing 6 towns and 322 administrative villages, with a registered population of 385,717 and a permanent population of 386,231, including an urban population of 168,740 (the sixth population
